I'm a professional Chef, Training Manager, Coach & Consultant in hospitality management services since last 24 years. Besides holding a professional Diploma in applied nutrition and catering technology from the recognised institution, my Mentor actually my father has suggested me to start my career as cook with a reputed small town restaurant in Solapur. Solapur is my native place , My father was borned and bought up in Solapur Maharashtra. His intentions was very clear , " If you want to be a successful hotel business owner, just start your journey in small town restaurant, where you actually gain a competitive knowledge to build your business in feature. And I was very fortunate to follow his instructions.That is why I'm confident enough to share my thoughts on this topic.
More often the competition in the market with same scale business is the major factor that leads to the failure of hotel business 
People invest in their business to get profit and be visible at the top of market scenario. However many of them end up failing without understanding the market strategies and tactics.
Hotel Management covers diversified operations and departments such as Coustemer Service, Staff management, Inventory & assets management, hiring and tracking market accordingly.
Therefore it takes immense expertise to stand in the business and last long in the industry.
Remember if it is business it has got risks involved. Here the word " RISK" holds true in every sense. When you fail in the risks management your business falls.
Houspitality is all about building long term relationship between your guests and host. 
The nature of houspitality business is inherently compitative, Volatile and hence subjected to down hill.
This industry is based in at touch point, Where hardly one third of the hospitality business stands up , sustain and make happen than the decade.

"PRECAUTION IS ALWAYS BETTER THAN CURE "  Simple !
Hotel business don't fail just like that. At a time they simply fail to reach their full potential.
Economy, Guest inflex , Locational disadvantages , Market places, Expenses, Wages, Goods Costs and So management can be hard.
Not all reasons are responsible to collapse a hotel business plan but those are the factors that could erode your profit.

Bad reviews by guests speak a lot about you. Bad reviews are not healthy for any organisation.

" You can not build a winning team of people "Keep Coming & Going " 
Educate, Motivate & Inspired your staff, provide them with feature growth and advancement and cultivate the hormonious mindset, arrenge them and reap the rewards.
Get yourself involved and enrolled in an online marketing class to learn nooks and crannies and to master all those morden marketing and advertising strategies and tools.
However before jumping in the unpredictable results all you need is right system and right strategies to achieve long term results. Because the success of any business is based on two major aspect of the business 1) Incorporate philosophy of the business 2) Policy of your business .
Remember Compition in the business is invitable , If you are serious , you should encourage the competition and except the challenges , You can not escape it! Only way out is to develop " Warriors Mindset"
