STEP BY STEP GUIDE U TUBE FOR PERSONAL BRANDING ! IN 2020.

Before going to discuss on this topic, I would like to clear out , this article is based on my self studies , what I learnt from available online sources. I'm a Chef , Training Manager, Coach & Consultant in hospitality management industry since last 24 years. Whatever I did so far as an offline Consultant . There are so many institutions, online Digital trainer, academic portals etc are available how provides the complete training course on Digital Marketing, I have attended some of in-class seminars when ever I have found a time, What I have observed these institute don't teach you digital marketing where as they trained you about digital marketing . I personally think digital marketing is all about Self studies. You can learn besic fundamental of digital marketing through " Google's digital unlock certification program , and free of cost. Where as these so called institute don't teach you anything about the fundamentals of digital marketing , it is a most effective way to learn more about digital marketing .

Not only Google's provides you a knowledge based education but also provides you a official certificate after completing the all basic models included in the certification program. After completing all the basic models, Google's guidelines you have passed the online certification exam. Unless  and until you don't score a 90 percent of marks in that  exam you can't receive a Google's authorised certificate. 

Now coming to our main topic, YouTube for personal branding .

As everyone knows YouTube is a second largest search engine after Google. You can't ignore the fact that when we stuck with the particular process, YouTube comes to our rescue. Now YouTube has become a source of entertainment, education, edutainment and revenue generator for the quality content creator. You can discover your passion and purpose of creating content in the following genres as , Beauty, fassion, gaming , food and drink, travel, health , music, learning .... and many more.

Based on your perpouse you tubers can be segregated on the basis of frequency high or modarate type and example .

1) let's find out the role of YouTube in personal branding : what I learnt you tube is a perfect platform to share a strong visibility and no less than blogging as it's entire experience is called as a vlogging. Blogging is all about text & visuals where as YouTube is all about scripts, recording, editing and quality uploads . Today people like to watch videos more than they like to read blog post.

According to small Biz Trends social videos generates 1200% more shares than the text and images combined. Thats why you might have noticed your newsfeed on Facebook is cluttered with videos. 

There is always difference between the reading and watching , when it's comes to writing, people used to read your thoughts, but when record video people get to watch your emotions and expressions as video experience is visually appealing.

As YouTube is Google's product which allows your viewers to subscribe your channel which gives you the edge of instant intimation by sending a notification to your subscribers once you upload your videos.

YouTube encourages those who cross certain milestone of subscribers once you have reached to that level there are four levels of rewards 1) Silver play Button for channel with 100,000 subscribers. 2) Golden play button for channel with 1,000,000 subscribers. 3) The dimond play button for channel with 10,000,000 subscribers.4) Ruby play button for channel with 50,000,000 subscribers.

Delivering quality content relevant to the laser- focused audience enables you to rank on the top rather than just beating around the bush of making videos of what is already found on the platform.

The largest advantage you can leaverage on YouTube is to freedom to use vernacular languages. The best way to attract your regional audience to make use of this factor. I say from my personal experience I have created videos in Local Marathi and Hindi languages. Which have helped me sell myself accross the internet.

You can build a relevant and loyal based audience by picking your niche once all is set make a content bucket of what you want to sell on your YouTube channel.

Or write a script as per your content by hart your script atleast 5 times before you start , while facing in the front of the mirror you can learn the art of exploring yourself before facing the camera. There are plenty of free resources are available to monitize your performance on the internet. Like tube buddy, you tube studio etc, 

While writing about a me section describe your passion in detail. Use tags explorer, and keywords planner tools which are available for free access in tubebuddy app.

You need to monitize your channel link with the Google's Adsense approval.

The specifications for monitizeing your channel are minimum 1000 subscribers and 4000 minutes watch time within a year. Which is a enough time you have before moving to monitize your channel.
