I always concerned, Why often relationships tend to fail in a guilt ?
Do you know any couples whose love you admire ? Grandparents, Neighbours, Colleagues whose romantic relationships have endured year after year ? 
The example of inspiring awe for their deep carrying , commitment to joy ?
Building a loving and long-lasting partnership clearly isn't easy .
Most of the people enter marriage fully expecting to share a life together but in reality 40 - 50 percent of thouse marriages are predicted to end with divorce. That is a fact. Stable marriages more ever are not necessarily happy , They tent to stay in unsatisfying relationships for verify of reasons . e.g. children's , finance, religion... and more.
The question is not one of mere stability but also of quality happiness ?
How do two people create & maintain a matually happy and healthy relationship or what are the secrets of Successful marriage life ?
Relationship researchers are deeply motivated to Identify interpersonal patterns , characterizing Successful marriages. While plenty of empirical questions still remains certain behaviours commenly appear among happy couples.
Acker & Devi's 1997 , say's " Commitment is a Cognitive choice, a dicision that individuals make to be in relationship".
Couples who renew their commitments every day in words and situating themselves nicely for a long-lasting partnership.
Relationship is a beautiful connection that is supposed to be provide you with a sense of being and the base of this.

The meaning of word " BEAUTIFUL" the word I have delebretely mentioned in the capital and bold in regard with internal beauty , which unlike physical beauty which doesn't fade with the time. This statement is for both married or unmarried people of both sexes .
Why relationships tend to fail in guilt ?
As a partners or do to list will to be the double of what it used to be earlier and most of the tasks remain incomplete ( yes they do) We tend to feel anxious & guilty or tend to question and reassess every decision we make as a partner.
From the movement we carry these guilt session are never ending and they are occasionally going to advance in your mind in rather different intervals of your relationship.
Guilt is normal ! But becomes a problem when you spent too much time on the minor issues and misscount on the golden memorable ones.
If these fillings seems to be taking over to you it's hi on time to take the needful action.
I'll share what I've learnt in these years of partnering some effortless strategies that helped me cope with the husband guilt.
1) Stop Comparison , There would be many others couple arround , who would love to brag about how they manage all on their own & how their needs has achieved all his milestones on time .
Just make sure you don't get caught in to such conversations ,
Comparison with other couples and their lifestyles are often leads to felling of imergency & demotivation .
2) Stop overdoing things . You need to acknowledge the fact life will not be the same as it was before the arrival of your partner. You will have to accept that . Your home will not remain spike and Span with toddler running around all the time.
3) Do not act as a perfectionist !
Because the term perfectionist here seems like a myth .
4) Need help , ASK for it ? 
Yes I have mentioned the word in bold. and a sentence with a question mark .
Because we often expect help but seldom do we ask for it ? Due to verious odd reasons ? Managing every chore single.
Handedly is difficult and asking for help to your parents , friends, relatives , in-laws  is completely alright .
5) In dulge in some ME time.
Yes it's of almost importance especially for parents  who selflessly put in so much effort to take care of loved ones. Instead, go visit auditorium , hang with your pal's , grab your fevorite ice-cream , enjoy movie , dance it out , meditate or just do nothing at all . But take time out for yourself at for a few minutes every day. You will come out  rejuvenated & fresh.
This was a sneak peek of the basic upgrading that did to my typical cultured lifestyle & I observed how could I fight that partners guilt inside me .
I know there is still much to overcome, but I'm confident enough that I'm on right path.
I hope you get some aid in thinking of that partners guilt .
