Corona virus pandemic is spreading numerosly through out the country. Perpouse of lockdown haven't reached the par as it was expected , Now only thing is left to apply pricotionary methods to protect our families.
1) Do pranayama daily make a habit of your routine life.
2) leaverage in home jogging at least half an hour daily.
3) Use hot water to clean your mouth after brushing
4) Apply 10 drops of detol in your bath water.
5) Make a habit of consuming black tea after having your bath.
